SiteGooRoo provides website analysis, SEO auditing, keyword tracking, and optimization recommendations. We provide actionable insights, but we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or financial results. SEO depends on third-party algorithms outside our control.

3. User Accounts & Security

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for account credentials and activity.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Refunds

• Plans: Free and paid subscriptions, with different features and limits.
• Payments: Billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle.
• Cancellations: Effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Contact us to request a refund. Refunds are approved or disapproved on a case-by-case basis.

5. Proper Use of the Service

You agree not to use the Service for illegal activity, attempt to hack/decompile/reverse-engineer the software, overload systems with abusive automation, or resell Service data without a White Label or Agency-tier agreement.

6. Integration with Third-Party Services

SiteGooRoo integrates with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and others. Your use is subject to those third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for interruptions or data loss caused by third-party platforms.

7. Intellectual Property

Our logo, software code, design, and Academy content are owned by SiteGooRoo and protected by law. You keep ownership of your input data and grant us a license to process it to provide audits.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” SITEGOOROO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SITEGOOROO IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING from use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your use of the Service poses a risk to us or other users.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on this page or sent via email. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
